Anchor must be 1st or 2nd of market share in that region. Average household income to be in the upper percentile in its market. Excellent visibility. Good ingress/egress with median cuts, preferably located on a signalized corner. Minimum of 65,000 square feet. No Maximum Size Requirement. Redevelopment and/or re-tenanting opportunities are considered in well located areas. Will consider locations which have short term remaining on grocer leases. Prefer 10+ yrs.
